The teal thing is my corset, the wine-colored thing is another One Skein Wonder, and of course the sock is the third item.
I'm starting to get ridiculously excited about Stitches Midwest. I've even started thinking about how to minimize what I'm packing clothes-wise to leave maximum space for more meaningful items (such as the yarn I'm certain I will buy-the one downside of flying being limited luggage!) I'm hoping to finish the corset (and hoping it will fit nicely!) to wear to the banquet thing there on Sat. night. I'm taking the Bohus class and one of the Maggie Jackson ones, I forget which but it's on Sun. morning. Once I get back it's only a few days until I have to report back to work- and we're moving to a new building- so I will have much more to do than usual getting ready for the new school year. In the meantime to hell with all the housework I should be doing, I'm going to enjoy as much knitting time as possible!
