Well into the sleeves now on the Amerah cardigan for South West Trading so taking a break to start writing up the pattern (from my messy pile of notes). Ah, the fun of grading patterns to different sizes (not!)

Frantic Knitting Mode

I've got a couple of deadlines coming up soon, and they both involve adult sweaters, so I've been knitting every spare moment (and sleeping with my wrist brace) in an effort not to fall behind. Not much progress to report in the "for me" category, so sorry to say no pics today. In a bit I'm going out to pick up another Addi Turbo so I can rotate between the two (they both take the same size (6) needle) to keep things interesting.

Happy Birthday to Me

Today is my birthday, so I'm spending the day knitting, watching DVDs and eating carbs. Later I'm dolling up for the auction (I'm wearing the dress from the auto show preview- everything else is (get this) too big! I never thought I'd say that. Even the auto show dress is a bit loose but wearable.) Here's a pic of my present!
